Defign’s December of Donation is a 30-day community initiative to support Food Banks Canada and raise awareness about food insecurity across Canada.

 

From November 25 to December 25, one non-perishable food item or essential supply is purchased and donated every day, with each item documented to show how small, consistent actions can add up to meaningful impact.​

The project highlights real grocery prices, practical donation ideas, and the reality that millions of people in Canada now live in food-insecure households, including many children and working adults. By following along, suggesting items, or contributing directly through the linked fundraiser, supporters can participate in a simple, repeatable way to give back during one of the most important giving months of the year.​
