Travis De Luca is a Toronto-based entrepreneur, digital marketer, and operations strategist with a track record of building marketing systems from the ground up.

 

As the owner of Defign Solutions and co-owner of The House of Stories Canada, he operates at the intersection of branding, web design, and digital operations, helping businesses turn scattered tools and untapped channels into clear, conversion-focused systems.

His work spans sales funnel architecture, CRM integration, social media management, video production, event marketing, and data reporting — with hands-on experience across industries ranging from laser manufacturing to insurance, pre-press / print, fine arts, design, and more.

 

Whether working independently or within a team, Travis brings the same approach: define systems with purpose and aesthetic.

Outside of work, deep interests include music production, reading, gaming, history, physics, and sports.

Travis does not use AI for his layout, typography, editorial, or presentation design.

I made this -

​

This is a real-time music visualizer widget that syncs across devices.

On the backend, a Windows process captures the current track metadata from my system's media session, normalizes it into clean JSON (title, artist, album, artwork, timestamp), and pushes it to a Firebase Realtime Database.

On the frontend, the widget listens to that database node and renders the track info with a blurred artwork background, updating instantly whenever the song changes.

The widget also tracks listener reactions (heart, fire, poop) via a shared reactionCounts database entry tied to each unique track. When someone clicks a reaction button, it increments the count in Firebase and remembers their choice in local storage, so the UI stays consistent for repeat visitors. The entire system is built to be embedded into any page or iframe with a transparent background, responsive layout, and zero page reloads.

This kind of widget is useful for anyone who wants to surface what’s currently playing in a way that stays in sync without manual updates.
 

  • Streamers and creators who want to show their current track on a personal site, portfolio, or “now playing” page, with the data driven directly from their desktop rather than a specific app integration.
     

  • Artists, DJs, and labels who want a live listening window on their site, showing what they’re currently playing in a studio session, radio mix, or listening party.
     

  • Communities or small stations (Discord servers, online radios, listening rooms) that want a simple, shareable embed so everyone sees the same track metadata and lightweight feedback in real time.
